Re-engagement Email Templates

Inactive subscribers drag down engagement signals that mailbox providers watch. Ask them to re-confirm, show what's new, or offer fewer emails, and remove those who don't respond.

Highlighted [brackets] are the parts to replace. Use “Personalise with AI” to fill them from a short description of your situation.

Frequently asked questions

What is a re-engagement email?

An email sent to subscribers who have stopped opening or clicking, asking them to confirm they still want to hear from you, often with a reason to come back.

Should I delete inactive subscribers?

After a re-engagement attempt, usually yes. Sending to people who never engage can hurt deliverability for everyone else on the list.
