Event Invitation Email Subject Lines
An invitation subject line has to answer what, when and why it is worth the time, in about six words. Most events need a short sequence: invite, reminder, starting-soon and replay.

Why these work
Put the date in
A concrete day or time (“Thursday”, “on the 12th”) turns a vague invite into a calendar decision.
Promise an outcome
“How to [outcome]” tells people what they will leave with, not just the event name.
Plan the reminders
A day-before and an hour-before email often bring in many of your attendees.
Write your own event invitation lines
Describe your email and the AI generator writes 12 options in this style, each scored.

What is a good subject line for an event invitation?
Name the event or the outcome, plus the date: “You're invited: live demo on Thursday”, “Webinar: how to cut churn in 30 days”. Keep it under about 50 characters.
How many reminder emails should I send for a webinar?
A common pattern is an invite one to two weeks ahead, a reminder the day before, one an hour before, and a replay email afterwards.
Should webinar subject lines include the time zone?
Put the time zone in the email body; the subject line rarely has room. Using the day (“Thursday”) in the subject is enough.
